Use of the rewards club card indicates acceptance of the rules and regulations.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
New Rewards Club members will select a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) for the purpose of accessing the system.
- PIN numbers selected by Rewards Club members are to be used only by that member. The member should not disclose his or her PIN to another person or member for any reason.
- In the case of a forgotten PIN or a member requests to re-set the PIN, at least one form of acceptable identification (see below) must be presented.
- If a PIN is incorrectly entered more than 4 times, the players account is automatically locked and cannot access their points or other benefits and rewards until the PIN is re-set at the Rewards Club.
Rewards Club rewards and special offers are non-transferable unless otherwise noted. It is the guests responsibility to ensure that the card is accepted in the card reader when inserted in the slot machine.
All Rewards Club rewards are based on level of play.
All Rewards Club transactions require a photo ID.
Any misuse of Shoshone Rewards Club card or improper conduct determined by Management may result in cancellation of account and forfeiture of all Rewards Club benefits.
Any unredeemed rewards automatically expire12 months after they were earned and are unavailable for redemption.
The Rewards Club members are not allowed to conduct transactions or obtain account information for other Rewards Club members.
Management reserves the right to adjust any point or bonus balance resulting from malfunctioning, operator error, and/or fraud.
Shoshone Rose Casino reserves the right to cancel or modify The Rewards Club and its programs at any time without notice.
Club members may redeem points after reaching 1000 points.
